Quotation
After analysis we prepare a quotation according to what your specs, and you check it and sign if satisfied.

Project Confirmation
We will commence any project after project docs have been signed, confirmation of the specs, signed Service Agreement and a deposit of 50 % for the project is required if the project cost is above R 1 500 .

Projects are billed when a phase has been completed, down payment invoice will be issued proportional to the phases.

Design Realization
Once project confirmation phase is finalized we will commence with the design based on your briefing and vision. Once we finished with the design we will give you the opportunity to review and make changes or approve it.

Version Design
Version design is where we develop prototype pages for your site implementing functionality specs, normally Home page with one or two active pages. You are given the opportunity to review the logical design online and pass feedback before we begin the physical development. Once the version design is approved we will commence with the product development.

Preview Development
This step is the where we develop the actual site or other product , during this phase we work hand in hand with you, specs , look & feel and functionality. This process is vital as we need your , review and feedback or corrections required before the phase is signed off the final preview website.

Beta & Go-Live
The phase name says it all you test drive the website and if you satisfied then take-off time ……and a final invoice will be issued.Go-Live depends on the complexity of the project and the agreed procedure.

N.B.

All materials will be handed over to you once final payment has been received.
